How Abraham Hanson Law collects, uses, and protects information you share through abrahamhansonlaw.com.

Last updated · July 26, 2026

1. What we collect

We collect only the information you provide through our contact and consultation forms: your name, contact information, preferred language, and a brief description of your matter, along with standard server logs and anonymous, aggregated analytics that help us understand how visitors use the site.

2. How we use it

Information you submit is used to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, and conduct a conflict-of-interest check before any representation is considered. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship. That relationship is established only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.

3. Confidentiality

Information you transmit electronically is treated as confidential to the extent possible under Oregon law and the rules of professional conduct, but please be aware that no internet transmission is fully secure. Do not include details you would not want disclosed in the event of a delivery failure or accidental routing.

4. Analytics & performance

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregate page views and load performance, and Google Analytics to understand which pages and topics visitors find useful. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how the site itself is used: where people scroll, click, and get stuck, through heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into forms is masked in those recordings, and we do not connect any analytics data to your name, your inquiry, or your legal matter.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for site functionality and for the analytics described above, for example, Google Analytics sets a cookie to tell returning visitors from new ones. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or retargeting. You may disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to read content, submit a form, or contact the firm.

6. Third-party links

Our site occasionally links to courts, agencies, or other resources. Once you leave abrahamhansonlaw.com, this policy no longer applies. Please review the privacy notice of any third-party site before submitting information.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practice or applicable law changes. Material revisions will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
