Criminal defense is the heart of this firm. You decide whether to accept a plea or take your case to trial. Our job is to make sure you understand every option before you choose. Whether you are facing a DUII, a serious felony, or a Ballot Measure 11 charge, we bring years of courtroom experience in Yamhill County and Oregon state and federal courts. And when the case is behind you, we help people erase eligible convictions from their record (expungement) so an old charge doesn't follow you forward. The expungement eligibility check is free.
